Proposed Child Care Centre and Commercial Development - 1001 Joondalup Drive, Banksia Grove

Public comment is invited on the proposed Child Care Centre and Commercial Development.

The proposed Child Care Centre is proposed to accommodate a maximum of 72 children and is proposed to operate Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 6.30pm.
Two Commercial tenancies are also proposed, with approval being sought for the following land uses: Showroom, Office, Veterinary Consulting Room and Private Recreation.

Should you make a submission on a planning proposal, please note that your details may be made public at a Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel meeting and included in a Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel Agenda, which will be available on the City's website, unless you specifically request otherwise in your submission.

Following the conclusion of the consultation period the application will then proceed to be determined by the Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel.
