Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 144 

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme  amendment for the purpose of zoning a portion of Lot 10776 (34) Highclere Boulevard, Marangaroo (John Maloney Park, Reserve 39479) from 'Local Scheme Reserve - Parks and Recreation' to 'Civic and Cultural' as shown on the amendment map.

As part of the same project, the City intends to excise the same portion of land in order to amalgamate it with the adjoining freehold property, Lot 825 (46) Highclere Boulevard, Maranagaroo (Marangaroo Family Centre).

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the amendment are available to view from the Document Library below and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including 21 November 2017.

Should you make a submission on a planning proposal, please note that your details may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the City's website, unless you specifically request otherwise in your submission.
