Yanchep - Retaining Walls, 10 Smith Court

Proposed Retaining Walls - Lot 66 (10) Smith Court, Yanchep - DA2017/1753

The City has received an application for Approval to Commence Development for the above proposal, which is being advertised for public comment commencing 16 July 2018 and will conclude on 6 August 2018.

The City’s Local Planning Policy 2.4 Site Works and Retaining for Residential Development requires all retaining walls with a height greater than 0.5m within 1m of a lot boundary to be advertised to adjoining landowners. The application seeks approval for the existing retaining wall which is measured at a minimum height of 1.8m to a maximum height of 2.45m.
