The City has received an application for Approval to Commence
Development for the above proposal, which is being advertised for public
comment commencing 16 July 2018 and will conclude on 6 August 2018.
The City’s Local Planning Policy 2.4 Site Works and Retaining
for Residential Development requires all retaining walls with a height greater
than 0.5m within 1m of a lot boundary to be advertised to adjoining landowners.
The application seeks approval for the existing retaining wall which is measured
at a minimum height of 1.8m to a maximum height of 2.45m.
