Yanchep - Proposed Convenience Store (BP Petrol Station), Two Showrooms & Signage (Corner Yanchep Beach Road & Newman Road)

The City has received an application for a Convenience Store (BP Petrol Station), Two Showrooms And Signage at 11 Yanchep Beach Road, Yanchep (Corner Yanchep Beach Road And Newman Road) - DA2018/956

The application comprises the following components:

  • A convenience store (170m2 area) that incorporates the sale of petrol and convenience goods commonly sold in supermarkets, delicatessens and newsagents;
  • Six fuel bowsers (twelve refuelling bays) and associated canopy;
  • Two showrooms (75m2 area each). No tenancies have been identified;
  • Signage, including one 6.0m pylon sign adjacent Yanchep Beach Road;
  • Car parking and landscaped areas;
  • The operating hours of the Convenience Store (BP Petrol Station) will be 6.00am to 12.00am, seven days a week; and
  • Two way access/egress from Newman Road and Yanchep Beach Road with one way egress onto Newman Road.
