Proposed Change of Use from Restaurant to Tavern  - DA2018/886 - Unit 2/9 Conlan Avenue, Wanneroo

The City has received an application for a proposed Tavern located at Unit 2/9 Conlan Avenue, Wanneroo.

Comment

The applications proposes a Change of Use from Restaurant to Tavern at Unit 2/9 Conlan Avenue, Wanneroo. The site is currently approved under the City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 as a Restaurant. The applicant is seeking to obtain a modified liquor licence (Tavern Liquor Licence) and as such requires a change of use application for a Tavern land use. The purpose of the modified liquor licence is to facilitate the sale of alcohol with take-away meals.
