Wanneroo Town Centre - Activity Centre Plan No. 90

Community engagement has now closed. Comments were submitted from 10/01/2019 to 14/02/2019.

Project Update – December 2021

Council endorsed the draft ACP 90 in July 2019, after which it was forwarded to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) for its consideration and determination.  The WAPC has deferred further consideration of ACP 90 pending the outcome of an environmental assessment for Lot 9000 Wanneroo Road, Sinagra, which is being undertaken by the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA).

Information on the progress of the environmental assessment, can be obtained on the EPA’s website via the following link - Urban Development of Lot 9000 Wanneroo Road Sinagra | EPA Western Australia.

The City will notify all submitters once the WAPC has finalised its assessment of ACP 90 or if further consultation is required as a consequence of the EPA’s assessment. Unfortunately, the City cannot provide a timeframe in which this will occur given the assessment process is outside the City’s control.

If you wish to be kept informed of the progress of ACP 90, email communityengagement@wanneroo.wa.gov.au
