Proposed Single House - 96 Reflection Boulevard, Jindalee (DA2019/131)
Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned proposal.
The proposal entails a two storey dwelling with a
detached two-storey garage, being a garage on the ground floor with an
ancillary accommodation component on the upper floor. The boundary wall
proposed to the east (highlighted in yellow) will total 19.3 metres in length,
comprised of a 12 metre segment for the dwelling and a 7.3 metre segment for
the garage and ancillary accommodation component. These two segments will be
separated by a courtyard measuring 8.46 metres in length. There are no windows
in either part of the proposed boundary wall.
