Proposed Two-Storey Dwelling - 125 Capricorn Esplanade, Yanchep - DA2019/127
Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned proposal located at Lot 7012 (125) Capricorn Esplanade, Yanchep.
The proposal is for a two-storey dwelling with a balcony to the front of the
dwelling. The balcony is set back 2.3 metres from its north-western boundary in
line with the cone of vision. This is a variation which affects a portion of
the south east corner of the front yard of the adjoining property, as
illustrated on the site plan (available for download below).
