Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned application for patio extension to the rear of the existing house. The patio is proposed to be setback 0.5 metres from the northern rear boundary and has a length of 3.3 metres. The patio will have a
wall height of 2.2 metres, and maximum height (including roof) of 2.7 metres.
