The Western Australian Planning Commission endorsed the Eglinton District Centre Activity Centre Plan No. 104 on 17 May 2021. The Plan is available to view on the City's website.

Proposed Eglinton Activity Centre Plan No. 104

Public comment is invited on the abovementioned Activity Centre Plan which has been prepared by Urbis in regard to land located at Lot 800 and Part Lots 802 and 803 Pipidinny Road, Eglinton. The Activity Centre Plan will establish the planning framework for the future subdivision and development of the Eglinton District Centre. The plan includes the future Eglinton railway station, 27,000m2 of retail floor space, provision for residential development (including townhouse and apartments) and a Kindergarten to Year 12 private school.

  • Your name and address;
  • How your interests are affected; whether as a private citizen, on behalf of a company or other organisation, or as an owner or occupier of property; and
  • Whether your submission is in support of, or objecting to the proposal and provide any arguments supporting your comments.

Should you make a submission on a planning proposal, please note that your details may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the City's website, unless you specifically request otherwise in your submission.

Please note:  The activity centre plan is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal.  The advertising of the activity centre plan does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the City of Wanneroo or the Western Australian Planning Commission.
