Proposed Addition to Existing Dental Practice - 92 Greenfields Circle, Hocking - DA2019/531
The City has received a Development Application for the above proposal, which is being advertised for public comments commencing 22 August 2019 and concluding on 12 September 2019.
The proposal seeks to upgrade the existing Hocking Dental Care practice by modifying the rear section of the shed/building and reconfiguring the dental rooms internally. There is no proposed increase to the number of customers or staffing numbers or change to the existing hours of operation. A total of 11 car parking bays will be available on site whilst the existing vehicle access to the premises will remain the same.
