Proposed Single House at 74 Huntington Parkway, Landsdale -  DA2019/970

The above-mentioned development application is currently advertised for public comment until 12 September 2019.

The proposal is for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom double-storey dwelling with a double car garage. The dwelling has a wall height of 6.1 metres and maximum roof height of 9.4 metres. The upper floor provides a 2.3 metre setback to a shared lot boundary, where only 2 metres is required.
