The above-mentioned development application is currently advertised for public comment until 11 October 2019.
Currently, the applicant is conducting a business at the address of assembling transportable units in an open area and shipping them to his clients. The proposal is to conduct the business in a covered area and to concrete the manufacturing area as shown in the attached plans.
