Proposed Single House at 90 Reflection Boulevard, Jindalee - DA2019/984
The above-mentioned development application is currently advertised for public comment until 8 October 2019.
The proposal is for a two storey house with a detached single storey garage. The dwelling is proposed to be constructed with a boundary wall (also known as a parapet wall) along a common boundary. This boundary wall is proposed to measure 11.5 metres long on the lower storey and 14.29 metres long on the upper storey, and will be a maximum of 5.6 metres in height. There will be no windows along the boundary wall and the upper storey wall length includes screening of the balcony. The garage also proposes a single storey boundary wall measuring 5.7 metres in length and 2.5 metres in height.
