Proposed Single House at 13 Vaughey Road, Quinns Rocks - DA2019/1092
The above-mentioned development application is currently advertised for public comment until 28 October 2019.
The application has been assessed against State Planning Policy 7.3: Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) and the following departure from the deemed-to-comply requirements was identified:
Clause 5.1.3 Lot Boundary Setbacks
- The application proposes to construct a 13.9m wall abutting the adjoining property common boundary with a minimum setback of 1.0m
