Banksia Grove - Amendment No. 177 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 & Amendment No. 4 to the Banksia Grove Structure Plan No. 21A

Community engagement has now closed. Comments were submitted from 02/12/2019 to 23/01/2020.

The Minister for Planning approved Amendment No. 177 to DPS 2 for the purpose of:

a)  Rezoning Lot 9193 Joseph Banks Boulevard, Banksia Grove from Special Residential to Urban Development and amending the scheme map accordingly; and

b)      Modifying Schedule 11 - Special Residential provisions relating to Special Residential Zone No.2 by deleting Lot 9193 Flynn Drive, Banskia Grove.

The Amendment was published in the government gazette on 22 January 2021 and took effect from that date.

Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection 
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 177 & Amendment No. 4 to Banksia Grove Structure Plan No. 21A

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has prepared the above mentioned scheme amendment for the purpose of:

a)     Rezoning Lot 9193 Joseph Banks Boulevard, Banksia Grove from Special Residential to Urban Development and amending the scheme map accordingly; and

b)      Modifying Schedule 11 - Special Residential provisions relating to Special Residential Zone No.2 by deleting Lot 9193 Flynn Drive, Banskia Grove.

and the structure plan amendment for the purpose of:

c)      Rezoning Lot 9193 Joseph Banks Boulevard, Banksia Grove from Special Residential to Residential R10.
