Proposed Service Station and Four Showrooms at 171 Joseph Banks Boulevard, Banksia Grove - DA2019/1384

Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned application which entails the following:

  • Eight vehicle fuel bowsers with 16 refuelling spaces;
  • A 202m2 service station retail building which is intended to operate 24/7;
  • Four Showrooms with a combined total area of 2,483m2 which is intended to operate within standard business operating hours;
  •  combined 82 on-site car parking bays (8 bays for the service station and 74 bays for the showroom component); and
  • Associated signage and landscaping

  • Whether your submission is in support of, or objecting to the proposal and provide any arguments supporting your comments

Following the conclusion of the consultation period the application will then proceed to be determined by the Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel.
