Notice is
hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has prepared the
above mentioned annual review of cell costs for the East Wanneroo Cell 9.
The annual review recommends that the following Infrastructure Cost Per Lot (ICPL) be advertised for 42 days in accordance with Clause 9.11.5 of District Planning Scheme No. 2, as below.
- Cell 9 (East Landsdale) - $29,947 (previous rate $32,205)
