Proposed Child Care Centre at Amberton Beach Neighbourhood Centre (corner of Heath Avenue & Indigo Street)  - Lot 9027 (300K) Celeste Street, Eglinton - DA2019/1534

Public comment is invited on the above proposal which is being advertised until 6 April 2020.

The application proposes a Child Care Centre building measuring 882m² Gross Leasable Area situated within the south-eastern corner of the site facing towards Heath Park. The Centre will accommodate six activity/play rooms and two outdoor play areas.

The Child Care Centre is intended to operate between 6:30am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), and is capable of accommodating up to 104 children and 21 staff members A total of 32 on-site parking bays are proposed (13 visitor bays and 19 staff bays).

Following the conclusion of the consultation period the application will then proceed to be determined by the Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel.
