Proposed Single House Addition at 20 Fineview Crescent, Carramar - DA2020/340
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 May 2020.
The
application proposes the removal of the existing shed, and the installation of
a new shed measuring 5m (L) x 2.8m (H) (Top of pitched roof) in the same
location. The application is seeking a nil setback to the rear boundary,
and a 0.5m setback from the south-eastern boundary.
