Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 137 Shiraz Boulevard, Pearsall - DA2020/338
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 5 May 2020.
The Patio proposes to have posts on both boundaries with the roofline setback 0.5m from both sides.
