Proposed Single House Additions at 20 Southampton Lane, Mindarie - DA2020/309
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 May 2020.
The application proposes additions to the existing single dwelling,
including the installation of an alfresco structure, outdoor kitchen,
replacement of ‘front’ fencing, pool and spa, replacement of entry doorways,
and trimdeck roof structures installed on the rooftop terrace.
