The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 26 May 2020.
proposes the installation of a patio structure which will be installed on the
eastern side of the property and adjoin the existing alfresco area. The patio
will be a total 21.15m in length along the eastern boundary with a setback of
0.5m. The patio will be 5.1m wide at the rear of the
property and set back 0.5m from the southern boundary.
