Proposed Single House at 10B Gordon Avenue, Quinns Rocks - DA2020/386
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 June 2020.
The application includes an open deck area which is setback 1.5m from the adjoining boundary of Strata Lot 2. Comments are invited on this portion of the proposal with regard to visual privacy.
