Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 27 Painted Parkway, Alkimos  - DA2020/497

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 5 June 2020.

The application proposes a patio to the north west corner of the subject lot. The patio is setback 0.5 metres from the western boundary and is parallel for a length of 7.15 metres. The patio is setback 0.5 metres from the northern boundary and has a width of 9.8 metres. The patio has posts on each of these lot boundaries and has a wall height of 2.4 metres and a maximum height of 3.42 metres.
