Proposed Holiday House at 21 Salford Promenade, Mindarie  - DA2020/561

The application proposes a Holiday House at 21 Salford Promenade, Mindarie and includes the following details:

  •  Maximum of 6 guests, at any one time;
  • Anti-social behaviour, pets, parties and social gatherings is strictly prohibited by the property managers;
  • A Code of Conduct will be left on the premises at all times and to be complied with by the guests;
  • A total of 3 car parking bays will be contained onsite in the garage (no residents residing at the property) with the management plan mentioning that no parking is allowed on the verge.
  • Guests are met by the Property Manager upon arrival and are not permitted to stay for longer than three months;
  • The use of the property for short term accommodation will apply to the entire existing house, and not to individual rooms or portions of the house; and
  • No extension to the existing dwelling, or additional building work, is proposed as part of this application.
