Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 11 Ilbery Street, Quinns Rocks - DA2020/559

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 26 June 2020.

The application proposes installation of a patio structure with the following specifications:

  • An overall length of 18.03m;
  • A minimum setback of 0.137m from the common boundary; and
  • Sloping roof with a minimum height of 2.2m on the north-western boundary and a maximum height of 2.8m connecting to the roof of the existing single house.
