The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22 July 2020.
The application proposes a new two storey dwelling and is being advertised due to the proposed variation, as detailed below:
Visual Privacy:
Two major openings from two habitable rooms on the lower floor overlook 1.5m into one neighboring property. The balcony window overlooks into another neighboring property.
