Proposed Single House at 14 Kings Lynn Rise, Mindarie - DA2020/661
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 July 2020.
The application proposes a single two-storey dwelling to be located on
the north-eastern half of the property, providing primary access off Kings Lynn
Rise. As part of the proposal terraced retaining is proposed adjoining St Malo
Court, as well as additional retaining along the boundaries and internal terracing
of the site.
