Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 8 Koenig Way, Clarkson - DA2020/743
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 5 August 2020.
The proposed patio has a flat roof and measures 2.2 metres in height and 13.3 metres in length along the common boundary. The roof is proposed to be setback 0.5 metres from the common boundary with posts up to the boundary.
