Proposed Single House at 34 Charnwood Avenue, Two Rocks - DA2020/339
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 18 August 2020.
The application proposes a Single House on stilts which is setback a minimum of 4.5 metres from the property’s front boundary. The structure as viewed from the street is a maximum height of 8.6 metres from the natural ground level of the site. The proposed dwelling is setback 2.2 metres from the northern boundary and is 4 metres from the southern boundary. The structure proposes two balconies at the front of the dwelling which have view of the street directly in front of them. The balconies then wrap around the northern and southern sides of the dwelling for a length of 8.3 metres on each of the respective sides of the dwelling. The balcony on the northern side of the subject site is screened for a length of 3m at a height of 1.8m. No screening is proposed for the balcony on the southern side of the property.
