The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 21 August 2020.
The application proposes a two storey single house with boundary walls to both side boundaries for a length of 13.19 metres. The applicant has proposed two windows at the rear of the property facing north of dimension 1.7 metres by 1.2 metres. The windows are located on the upper floor of the proposed single house and are setback approximately 0.8m – 0.9m from either of the side boundaries of the property. Each window consists of a fixed panel and an awning window.
