The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 September 2020
The application
proposes:
- One 862m2 single storey Child Care Centre building;
- Five indoor play rooms, two outdoor play spaces, and associated staff, amenity and reception rooms;
- Capacity of 92 children and 19 staff members;
- 31 on-site parking bays, accessible from Leatherback Boulevard; and,
- Hours of operation from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
