Proposed Child Care Centre at 12 Warradale Terrace, Landsdale - DA2020/972
Public comment is invited on on the above proposal for a child care centre (Bright Bambinos) with the following elements:
- A maximum number of 24 children on site at any one time, within the following age demographics:
- 10 places for Pre-Kindergarten;
- 10 places for Toddlers; and
- 4 places for babies.
- A total of six on-site car parking bays, including one marked disabled car parking bay. Use of the adjoining on-street bays is also proposed;
- A maximum number of 5 staff members on site at any one time;
- The proposed hours of operation from Monday to Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm; and
- Associated landscaping and signage.
