The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 September 2020. The application proposes a two storey dwelling at the rear of the subject site which has a ground floor setback which varies between 1 metre and 1.2 metres. The upper floor has a setback of 1.2 metres and no major openings are located along the upper floor. A single highlight window is located centrally on the upper floor which provides natural light to a ‘Sitting Room’.
