The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 October 2020. 

The application proposes a patio at 18 Daybreak Street, Wanneroo and proposes to be a gable roof patio of dimension 10.99 metres by 3.11 metres which is setback 0.5 metres from the subject lot's rear boundary. The patio has a setback of 0.5 metres to the northern boundary and a setback of 1.01 metres to the southern boundary. The patio has a wall height of 2.1 metres and an overall height of 2.9metres to the top of the gable.
