The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 November 2020.
The application proposes a retaining wall to be built to maximum height of 0.7 metres in lieu of 0.5 metres. The portion of the retaining wall that is over height is proposed to be 11 metres in length and built on common boundary of 38 Winship Avenue, Wanneroo
