Proposed Single House Addition (Carport) at 33 Labianca Vista, Carramar - DA2020/1374
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20 November 2020.
The application proposes 1 x carport (12 metres
in length and 2.4 metres in height) to be setback nil metres on the western boundary
in lieu of 1.5m and another carport (4.8 metres in length and 2.7 metres in
height) to be setback 0.5 metres from southern boundary in lieu of 1.5m.
