The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 November 2020.

proposes a 2-storey dwelling at
10 Claret Loop, Woodvale. The upper floor of the 2-storey dwelling is proposed to be setback 1 metre in lieu of the required 1.5 metres from
the eastern boundary. The upper floor wall is 9.4 metres in length and 5.9
metres in height.
