Proposed Single House at 43 McAllister Boulevard, Clarkson - DA2020/1334
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 18 November 2020.
The application proposes a two-storey single dwelling including 4
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The proposal considers a variation to the
deemed-to-comply guidelines of the R-Codes through having a 1-metre setback along
the northern boundary for the ground level only in lieu of 1.5 metres required.
The proposal also includes major openings on the upper level, resulting in
visual privacy intrusions to the east and western orientations (~4 metres in
lieu of 6 metres required).
