Proposed Single House Addition (Retaining Wall) at 4 Brittain Avenue, Madeley - DA2020/1429
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 30 November 2020.
The application proposes a retaining wall to be built to maximum height of 0.75 metres in lieu of 0.5 metres on the western boundary. The retaining wall is located within the front setback and is 4.8 metres in length.
