The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 9 December 2020.
The application
proposes an outbuilding, which is located in the south-eastern corner of the
subject site. The outbuilding is of dimension 3.6 metres by 7 metres and is
located 1.27 metres from the eastern boundary. The outbuilding has a wall
height of 3 metres and an overall height of 3.32 metres.
