Proposed Single House Addition (Retaining Wall) at 7 Gordon Avenue, Quinns Rocks - DA2020/1646
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 December 2020.
The application proposes to install a terraced retaining wall at the
above site which will be located to the rear (north-west) of the lot. The
retaining will extend from approximately 8m from the front lot boundary to 2.3m
to the rear with a side boundary height ranging from 0.5m to 2.5m following the
natural slope of the site.
The terracing proposed to the rear proposes two levels with the lower
being 1m and upper terrace being 2m in height to the southern boundary, and 1.6m to the lower and 2.5m to the upper terrace along the
northern boundary. The terracing will be separated by a centralised stairway.
