The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 December 2020.
The application proposes to construct four separate two-storey grouped dwellings at the above-mentioned address. Each dwelling has been designed with a three bedroom/ two bathroom configuration. Access to the site is proposed via a centralised shared driveway from Mereworth Way.
