Proposed Child Care Centre at 1 Luminosity Grove, Eglinton - DA2020/1727
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 5 January 2021.
The application proposes to construct a two-storey Child Care Centre which comprises the following elements:
- A maximum number of 93 children on site at any one time, within the following age demographics:
- 28 places for Babies (0-24 months)
- 25 places for Toddlers (24-36 months);
- 20 places for children aged 3-4 years; and
- 20 places for children aged 4+ years.
- A total of 11 staff and 11 visitor on-site car parking bays, including one marked disabled car parking bay (22 total);
- A maximum number of 16 staff members on site at any one time;
- Proposed hours of operation from Monday to Friday 7:00am to 6:30pm; and
- Associated landscaping and signage.
