Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 19 Waveski Street, Yanchep -  DA2020/1691

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 December 2020.

The application proposes to install two (2) new patio structures at the above address. One of the patio structures is proposed along the north-western boundary of the site, and will extend for a length of 23.5m. The patio includes posts located on the boundary (nil setback), with the roof being setback 0.5m. The structure will also be setback 0.5m from the rear boundary (your shared boundary). The patio will be of a pitched roof design with an overall pitch height of 3.2m.

The second patio will extend from the rear of the dwelling to a depth of 1.8m and be 12.5m in length, with a 4.5m setback to the rear boundary and 1.5m to the south-eastern boundary.
