Proposed Single House at 6 Cavolfiore Grove, Landsdale - DA2020/1426
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 December 2020.
The application proposes to construct a boundary wall on the northern boundary (common boundary), on top of the existing retaining wall. The wall as proposed has the following measurements:
- A maximum height of 3.1m above the existing natural ground level;
- A maximum length of 10.7m; and
- As the wall is on the boundary, no windows are proposed.
