The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 31 December 2020.
The application proposes a Greenhouse with a wall length of 10.7 metres to be setback 0.6 metres from the western boundary and 6.4 metres from the eastern boundary. The greenhouse proposes a wall height of 2.4 metres and a ridge height of 3.4 metres and is 69m2 in area.
