Proposed Modification to JDAP Approval - Service Station and Convenience Store at 133 Ghost Gum Boulevard, Banksia Grove - DA2020/1529
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 January 2021.
At its meeting held on the 16 January 2018, the Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel approved an application for Service Station (with Convenience Store), Drive-through Food Outlet and Carwash on the subject site. The Drive-through Food Outlet (KFC) and Carwash have been constructed as per the approval.
This application relates to modifications to the approved the Service Station (with Convenience Store), which will be located on the vacant portion (north-west corner) of the subject site. The modifications include:
- A drive-through to the Convenience Store which is considered a ‘Drive-through food outlet’ land use under the City’s District Planning Scheme No.2 (DPS 2).
- Modifications to the building design, car parking layout and landscaping.
- Signage including a 9.5m pylon sign.
