Proposed Single House at 48 Rio Marina Way, Mindarie - DA2020/1850
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 6 January 2021.
The application proposes a two storey dwelling on the lot. As part of the application, a variation is sought to the setback of the upper floor to the southern boundary. A setback of 1.5m is proposed, due to the length and height of the wall a setback of 2.1m is required. It should be noted the wall does not contain any windows.
